Please come visit us at our new restaurant. We have been open since October 2007 and have served many satisfied customers. The location of our newly remodeled Smokin' Cowboys BBQ Restaurant is 222 S. Lincoln, Jerome, ID. We also continue to cater many events throughout the valley. We are currently in the process of building a conference/banquet room that will soon be available for a variety of purposes.
Savor our unbelievably tender, slow smoked authentic BBQ. Our meats have been dry-rub seasoned and slow cooked for up to 18 hours over fruit wood to create barbecued meat...the way it should be! Enjoy "Smokin' Cowboys BBQ Sauce" served on the side.
This year we are cooking with our new 100% WOOD SMOKER that has been installed in our restaurant. For those who like a sauce with a little more punch we have created a new JALAPENO BBQ SAUCE. We also have a special sauce for our BBQ lamb.
